Dr. Ken McRitchie

Co-founder, Director, and Senior Engineer,
MC Countermeasures Inc. (MCCM)

Prior to co-founding MCCM in November 1995, Dr. McRitchie served as a Scientist with National Defence Canada.  He held the position of Section Head of the Radar Countermeasures section of the EW division of the Defence Research Establishment Ottawa (DREO).

In his 20 years with DREO, Dr. McRitchie played key roles in advanced military and electronics programs. His area of expertise is radar countermeasures, including coherent jammer design, development and testing.

Dr. McRitchie has been recognized nationally and internationally with numerous awards for his contributions to Electronic Warfare Research and Development.

As MCCM's president, Dr. McRitchie is responsible for the companies' ISO 9000 Quality Management system. He is actively involved in all aspects of the company, from MCCM's EW consulting services to the design and analysis of PRI prediction hardware and software algorithms. 

Ken McRitchie holds a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from the University of British Columbia and a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering from Queen's University.
