Results
In order
to help demonstrate the performance of the PRED series of PRI
Predictors, we have compiled a number of graphical results.

The
PRED-5A is a multi-channel PRI predictor resulting in the ability to
de-interleave multiple emitters using both RF information (from a
system IFM/DFD) and time domain measurements. The general results
deal mostly with algorithm performance. We also have included
performance data both with and without a system DFD. Although DFD/IFM
information can be very helpful in de-interleaving the pulse trains,
it is not absolutely necessary to the PRED operation.
The
PRED-TD uses enhanced time domain only algorithms that free the
system from the need to have an IFM or DFD. The
architecture is optimized for use in systems where there is no iFM/DFD
and where multi-emitter performance is a requirement.
The
PRED-RF is an integrated single-channel PRI and RF agility predictor
that is capable of locking onto an emitter that is agile in RF -
e.g. a spin-tuned magnetron. It features fast acquisition and
high accuracy.
