The PRED-1 is a PCI-based PRI prediction sub-system. It is designed for applications that require optimal performance.

The power of the commercial PC is harnessed to permit the PRED-1 to acquire and track difficult PRI sequences.

The PRED-1 sub-system consists of a 1U rack mounted computer with a single PCI interface card.  The computer runs as a headless workstation under a  Microsoft Windows NT Embedded operating system.

Besides acquiring and tracking constant, dwell-shift, and multi-element/position stagger patterns, the PRED-1 efficiently tracks sine modulated PRI sequences. 

Interfacing to the PRED-1 is uncomplicated and will provide additional technique capabilities to complement those of the host jammer system.
